Contact Me

Hey friend,

I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’ve spent any time reading my blog, you’ve probably realized this isn’t one of those “everything is sunshine and positive thinking” kind of spaces. This is where I tell the truth about living with chronic pain, surgery, arthritis, fibroids, the emotional roller coaster that comes with it all, and the little wins that somehow make the hard days worth celebrating.

I started Chronically Anna because I needed a place where I didn’t have to pretend everything was okay. If sharing my journey helps even one person feel a little less alone, then every post is worth it.

So if you’ve ever read something and thought, “That is exactly how I feel,” or you’ve laughed at one of my attempts to find humor in the chaos, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.

Reach Out If…

  • There’s a topic you’d like me to write about.
  • You’re living with chronic pain, chronic illness, or recovering from surgery and just want someone who gets it.
  • You have a question about something I’ve shared.
  • You want to tell me your story.
  • Or maybe your body has also decided to wake up every morning and choose violence.

Whatever it is, my inbox is always open.

A Little Heads-Up

I’ll do my best to reply as soon as I can, but life has a funny way of reminding me that I’m not a superhero. Between work, appointments, recovery, and my joints holding daily meetings to discuss new ways to inconvenience me, replies can sometimes take a little longer.

Please know I appreciate every single email. Truly.

Before You Go…

Thank you for being here.

Whether you’re a longtime reader or you just stumbled across my little corner of the internet today, I hope you leave feeling understood, encouraged, and reminded that you don’t have to walk this road by yourself.

We’re figuring this out together—one good day, one bad day, and one cup of tea at a time.
